Fatigue Analysis of Stoppers

Objective: Estimate the life of a plastic component which is subjected to a repeated loading

Input:

  • SN curve of the material

Output:

  • Max stress location
  • No. of cycles to initiate the first crack

Value addition: Simulated the load nearer to realistic situation against  conventional FE approach

Meshing of Glove Box

Objective: Meshing the model with given quality criteria
